Return policy

Restrictions of returned goods and exchange
  1. Please let us know within seven days after receiving packing if you want to return the goods.
  2. We refuse the returned goods used once.
  3. We refuse returned items which are not the same conditions when we shipped (e.g. all tags are supposed to be attached).
  4. You have to pay all shipping costs required for returned goods.
  5. We will not repay shipping charges and handling charge.
  6. We will deduct a remittance charge from refund.
  7. We will repay, after receiving returned goods.
  8. We will repay by Japanese yen rate when your payment has been made in USD or EUR.
  9. The rate applied to the refund is an international rate on that day.
  10. If the goods is "Free shipping" product, we will refund the amount after deducting the real shipping cost.
If the Japanese customhouse requires us tax, we will not receive packing.
The packing will be returned to you.

When goods are exchanged
  1. Shipping fee (From You, To Us) Please pay.
  2. Shipping fee (From Us, To You) Please pay.
  3. We refuse returned items which are not the same conditions when we shipped (e.g. all tags are supposed to be attached).

  5. When returning the item sent by discount shipping., we bill you difference of shipping charges.
  6. Please be sure to write "returned goods" on an invoice.

Please write "Returned goods" and "Made in Japan" on the package.
Please use the service from the post office .
Please don't use Cargo (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc)
It is because Cargo carrier may charge some import tax later .
And we have to bill the tax to you with repair cost together .



Regarding the return of reels, please note the following statement.
  1. Reels are the precision instruments. Because of the reason, each reel has a different individuality.<
  2. All the makers we do our business with always check all the items very strictly before they ship their items.Then they ship only the items which they admit there is no problem with fishing with.
  3. You can try to have them investigate the quality of your reel.
  4. However, they will not refund or replace if they do not acknowledge the item is a defective one.In this case, you have to pay all the costs.
  5. There have been a lot of examples that customers complained on the reels which actually are good enough for fishing.Only when your reel has an obvious defect and you cannot fish with it, please let us know.
