The Ocea Jigger LD is a lever drag reel developed specifically for jigging. It comes in a perfect size, the 2500 model, capable of spooling up to 500 meters of PE4 line. Its greatest allure lies in its ability to catch larger fish more easily. Its designed to handle a wide range of targets, including big fish like tuna and amberjack, as well as species found in mid-depth, deep-sea, and nearshore environments.

[Strike stopper button]
Strike stopper button will fix the lever position in the strike position.
When you press the strike stopper button, you can move the lever to the full position.
If the strike stopper button is not needed, opening the cover and tightening the screw will deactivate it.
[Customizing the drag cam]
When you replace the standard drag cam with the light line cam, you can use a thinner line
[Drag setting]
1) Align the lever to the strike position and check the drag.
2) Return the lever to the neutral position.
3) If you want to powerful the drag at the strike position, turn the preset knob towards the MORE direction. If you want to decrease the drag, turn the preset knob towards the LESS direction.
4) Realign the lever to the strike position, and check the drag again, please.
*If the drag lever is at the strike position, the preset knob will not turn. Please set the drag lever to the Free position to turn the preset knob.
