Developed in collaboration with three manufacturers—Reis Lure Craft/STAYGOLD/Masumoku who are expanding their product lineup centered around Balsa sinking minnows, this specialty model has been completed. To cater to a wide range of situations from headwaters to small rivers where the use of 50mm Balsa sinking minnows is expected, it adopts a highly versatile 4 feet 11 inches length, making it portable with a 4-piece configuration.

The most compatible line settings are either a PE line of 0.4-0.6 with a shock leader or a nylon line in the 3-5lb class. The blank is designed to be sharp and have resilience, bending smoothly when under load. This allows for a presentation of balsa minnow to targeted points even with compact casting motions, overcoming the challenge of casting low-density balsa minnow for distance. Although slightly larger guides near the tip are used, the weight of the guides assists in bending the blank and addresses the tendency for poor line release during the cast of low-density balsa minnow. The sharp and resilient blank aids in rod work, ensuring it follows the quick movements of the balsa minnow during retrieval.
